Secrets Of The Necronomicon

The ideas for this came from the works of H. P. Lovecraft, in particular the character Abdul Hazred, or the Mad Arab who supposedly authored the infamous Necronomicon. I also wanted to play around with the lighting which was inspired by Caravaggio.

Will definitely be coming back to this one when I’ve got more skills under my belt. Also tried to give a Caravaggio feel to this one with the lighting (not sure it’s coming across, but that’s ok for now). There are things I’d like to take back to Zbrush and fix/adjust (again, for the zillionth time 😅). Anyhow, still loving and enjoying the process!
